Locus maps for this view
Gene map of every called locus among the genomes in the current view, with the contig accession linked to NCBI (genomes with GenBank or RefSeq contigs; lab scaffold names are shown as text). Pick a taxon in the table, then press the button; clicking a species row opens its maps directly.
Download per-genome tables
One row per genome: lineage, call, alleles, locus types, number of loci, best confidence, and each locus as contig:start-end|allele|confidence|locus class. Tab-separated.
Rows with no value at a rank (for example Mucoromycotina family, which the input tables do not carry) are grouped under “(none)”. Genus and species come from the genome's recorded species name; unrecognised names are “(unassigned)”. “Two alleles” means two distinct idiomorphs were called in one genome: homothallism, silent mating cassettes, a hybrid or mixed assembly, or a paralog. It is a flag, not a ruling. Allele names are as reported per lineage and are not merged. A call is detection, not proof; genome counts reflect uneven strain sampling.
